Here is a summarized list of rules to be followed on this server. Please, if you want to maintain a respectable place for people to play, follow and respect these rules. Violating the rules because you "didn't know it was illegal" is an example of voluntary ignorance, and not acceptable player conduct. Take a brief moment to read these rules, and remember the most important unwritten rule is to just have fun.

1) Using external programs that gives you some advantage over other players is illegal. (botting programs, hack aids, etc) Harboring, lying for, or knowingly profiting from hackers makes you an accessory to hacking, and you also may be banned. Hackers are a problem; aiding or supporting a hacker makes you a problem as well.

2) Respect the Staff (GMs, Forum Moderators, Developers). They maintain the game so that you can enjoy it. Do not threaten, harass, or ignore staff members or you will suffer the consequences.

3) Respect your fellow players. This should be an exercise of common sense, but putting it in words makes it law, and not simply optional. Harassment of other players should be reported on the forums with a subsequent screenshot. What falls into the category of harassment? If a player curses at you excessively, and you ask him to stop, ignore him, and he continues to harass you on alternate characters, that would be an example of player harassment. Do not report someone for just calling you a jerk, figuratively speaking.

4) Cyber-sexual or racial harassment and sex discrimination: Unlike the latter form of harassment, this may be immediately reported without warning via screenshot to the forum. These forms of harassment will not be tolerated in any way, shape, or form. If done in good humor, remember that this is only tasteful when joking with -friends-, not just with anyone you find yourself talking to. If someone takes offense and chooses to pursue, don't be surprised if you get a temporary ban or lengthly mute.

5) Do not carry on in heated arguments over the LFG channel. Looking for Group is for global communication, not a flame war. Also please try to keep fluent English only in this channel, the channel should be enjoyed by everyone, not just Germans, Russians, Brazilians, etc. This is not racial discrimination, it's just common courtesy to your fellow players, there's several other channels where you can speak your more fluent languages. Do not spam in any public chat (LFG, Say, etc)

6) Do not beg or demand items or attention from a GM. GMs are often busy, and have a lot of things to attend to without you breathing down their necks.

7)* Exploiting bugs is not acceptable conduct, should you see signs of bug exploitation, take a screenshot and post it on the forums for the GMs to deal with. Bug exploitation puts strain on the server, and creates problems for everyone.

8 ) Do not harass donators. They help support the server costs by contributing money. Just remember, time -is- money. Therefore, they spend time just like you to obtain things in game.

9) Bux.to is being used to help contribute funds to the server. Do not advertise your own Bux.to by posting links to gain referrals. This is considered scamming, and offenders will be dealt with.

10) Do not masquerade as a GM. Threatening or asking a player for his account information under the guise of a GM is prohibited. Yes, that's right, make "lol i'm a gm" jokes at your own risk.
